Health Check-Up

Even though Willow does not require a specific winter maintenance, we understand that you may want extra peace of mind before the new season. With our Health Check-Up Service, you can send your Willow to our service team for a thorough technical inspection. During this check-up, our technicians will carefully assess the condition of your robot, including key components and overall functionality. If we identify any recommended repairs or part replacements, we will: 1) inform you clearly by e-mail, 2) provide a detailed quotation, and 3) only proceed after your explicit approval. You are always free to accept or decline any proposed repairs. If you choose not to proceed, your Willow will be returned to you in the same condition as received, after the inspection. We will contact you by e-mail once we are ready to receive your Willow and provide further practical instructions.
