My robot does not start

Possible reasons why your robot does not start mowing and what you can do about it.

First of all, your robot has calculated a mowing schedule based on the size of the lawn. So if she has decided she only needs to mow for 3 hours that day, she will only start around mid day. Knowing how many square meter she has to mow is one of the most important reasons for the initial walk you did.

If you think Willow should mow more frequently, e.g. at the beginnen of the mowing season, then you can adjust this in the settings in the EEVE app:

• Stop --> She will not go out to mow anymore (ideal for winter).
• Less --> She will only mow half as much as normal (ideal for during October / November).
• Normal
• More --> In case she cannot maintain your lawn completely.
• Continuous --> Have her mow every day during working hours, continuously.

Other possible reasons:

• The battery is not sufficiently charged, for example, by guarding at night 
• It is too hot: above 25 degrees she will not because the grass is not growing anymore at that temperature
• There is or has been rain in the last two hours. Note that if her screen is dirty, dusty or has dew on it she may also detect this as rain. So keep her cute little face clean!
