Second Line Support Jedi

  • Provide 2nd Line technical support (via email of phone) to our customers for tickets that have been escalated by 1st line support;
  • After identifying the issue, you will talk the first line support staff or end user through the required steps to resolution or escalate to third line support as and when necessary;
  • Set up a process to collaborate with our R&D development team and deepen the knowledge base so our customer support team (and the rest of the organization) has one clear, accessible source for all things product (and service).
  • Work with the customer support team to ensure any recurring technical issues are addressed and any training or documentation requirements are identified and implemented;
  • Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately;
  • Continuously improve knowledge base & understanding across the different software and hardware technologies supported by the team.


  • You have a sound technical background in AI, SLAM, computer vision and some more, or the ambition to acquire this knowledge;
  • You have a strong internal and external customer focus;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English. Any additional language is a plus; 
  • You have the needed people skills to work with deep tech people, our customer success team and different type of customers.
